I love woot.com!  I am so tempted to pull the trigger on this deal and not go through the hassle of building one by myself.  It would need a new video card, a monitor, possible PS, and another disc drive but that's all i can think of.  This thing would be smoking!  Anyone have experience with/working on HP's?

I'm not a fan of trying to re-fit a low cost HP or Dell PC with upgraded parts.  Typically the Power supply in them is the bare minimum and you end up paying for stuff built onto the Motherboard that you won't use or will have to turn off.

I guess I'm too late to comment on this.  HP does seem to load up a lot of bloatware that is unnecessary, and I'm not sure how easy it is to turn off.  I did buy one of these almost exact systems for an office computer and it works beautifully.  I'm sure it would do fine for most games, these are solid mid-range systems.

yeah i'd typically piece together a pc before buying any from dell or hp... they just cram too much in the cases for me and it's tough to upgrade them later... and yeah they don't give u a power supply that can handle a few upgrades.
