So you got a PS3, have some movies on the hard drive... or maybe even shared over a network... streaming to the Ps3.... this is fun... been working with it for a few months... the Ps3 is an amazing device. Not to mention... hey it's a blu-ray player... real nice!

PlayOn works on Ps3. You can use the Ps3 to navigate hulu and load up one of a huge selection of clips, episodes, or movies. I was pretty stoked about streaming my net flix to my 360 but this has even more options for media to watch... namely Family Guy, The Simpsons, classic SNL.... oh and that episode drop off your dvr? well load it up from hulu. You have to buy the software but after that it's all gravy. PlayOn supports a number of other plugins too... so that you can stream Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, CBS, YouTube, CNN, ESPN. That's right... netflix.... previously an xbox 360 exclusive can be streamed right onto your ps3 using this. Oh and they have a zillion other plugins for stuff to stream right to your Ps3. This is a great addition to the Ps3 package as a whole... because you know you're going to have a blu-ray playing game system hooked up to your best TV in the house.... now you got even more options with it.
