Wow, stuff is getting cheap! 

That's a beefy power supply and nice price on the RAM.  I haven't been looking around, but that system looks pretty sweet.

how about the two 9800 GTX+ in SLI?  is that worth it... looked at them on Tom's hardware and it seemed like a really nice setup from the benchmarks

It depends.  I always view SLI as a good upgrade path - so you buy one good card now, and pop in another one in a year or two.  But no reason not to do it from the get go.
